Meet Our Founder and CEO — Lilia Vartic
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, Lilia Vartic brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to the field of revenue cycle management. Her journey began in 2009 as a scheduler for a nationwide radiology company, where she quickly developed a deep understanding of the operational side of healthcare. Through hard work and a commitment to excellence, she steadily advanced into more complex roles and currently serves as a Revenue Cycle Analyst at UCLA.
Lilia’s hands-on experience across every stage of the revenue cycle has given her a unique perspective and unmatched insight into the challenges and opportunities within the healthcare system. Her leadership is grounded in real-world expertise, supported by a strong educational foundation in medical coding and healthcare administration.
She holds a degree in Health Information Management and is certified as both a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and a Revenue Cycle Management Specialist (RCMS). In addition, she has earned degrees in Economics and Business Management, enabling her to align financial performance with clinical efficiency.
